Overall it was nice. The dryer was not working very well. We cleaned the lint trap ever time but it took over an hour to dry on high. The rocking recliner does not recline. When we moved one of the chairs in the living room there were several toothpicks. It would be nice if we could take our pet to the pool area.

I never write reviews. However, thought I would as this place deserves it. My family and I have been going to north padre at least once or more every year for ten years. We’ve stayed many places. This was the best, and we’ve stayed at this same complex before too. Clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, hose spigot outside unit (if you know you know how important that is) Wi-Fi, everything works including TVs, washer/dryer etc etc. The unit has been remodeled and done well, not just lipstick on a pig like many. I own a handyman business and I can’t stand all the mediocre “upgrades” and broken, non functioning stuff, it drives me crazy, there was none of that here! If I had to point out a negative would be parking spaces are tight (we drive a full-size truck for our beach time) but really not a big deal if you’re a decent driver and there are plenty of available spots including tons of visitors parking. Pool is one of the best on the island, proximity to beach is great. We have one other place we’ve been at multiple times, this unit is now top of the list for our next visit!

Great clean place!

Perfect place as advertised, only downside is we all got attacked by ants in the kitchen! They were attracted to the trash can inside and we couldn’t get rid of them so we had to learn to coexist for the weekend.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was very clean and spacious,had all the cooking equipment needed to make your meals, parking in the garage was definitely a plus, although the time spent on the Island was not beach weather friendly
very cold! We made due with going to the near by beach shops and restaurants. Will definitely will stay here again hopefully weather will be more beach weather friendly.

It was very easy to check in. I did not like that you could not check in until 4 pm but then have to check out by 11 am. The bathroom shower for the main room was not clean. It appeared that they have not cleaned it in some time as because the glass had build up of hard water and there was what appeared to be mold along the bottom and in the corners. Other than that the other areas of the house were very clean.

Decent townhouse

The stay was nice aside from a few issues upon arrival. This unit has clean sheet guarantees, however, when I pulled down master bedding, there was a woman’s acrylic nail under the covers. Upon arrival, the upstairs restroom smelled strongly of fish and the rest of the unit smelled stale. We had to go out and buy room deodorizers. Once the smell issue was fixed, the stay was enjoyable.

It was ok


It was 3:58 pm and I still hadn’t received the code to check in so I called and asked for it. Wondering if/when I would’ve been notified had I not called. Then night before departure the text I received suggests beating traffic by leaving early. Definitely bring extra tp, paper towels, trash bags, and soaps.

Let it rain

Replace the shower head in the master bedroom and you have a five star property. Great location. Perfect size for our group. Easy check out process. Weather didn’t quite cooperate but had a nice trip.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was great and description was spot on. We did have trouble with the living room tv. We couldn’t get it to connect to the cable box and Netflix was hit and miss however the other TVs worked fine. Also the thermostat was locked at 76°, however management contacted the owner and within no time we were able to drop the temp. The management was super helpful with all questions and concerns. The washer is very small and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes. Overall it was nice and roomy.

The rental was easy process however the cleanliness was poor. Dishwasher smealt horrible not enough toilet paper for amount of guests and found rotted fruit in pantry causing a bad smell.

Amazing stay!

The property is exactly what the pictures look like online. It's perfect and we absolutely loved our stay there. I had a couple of questions prior to our stay and the staff was so polite and ready to help. We've stayed in these houses two years now and will definitely go back next year!

We stayed here with my brothers family and it was perfect for the 6 of us (with kids). Pool was big and nice and good for kids, short drive to beach, and backyard grill was great for dinners.

We had a great stay.

We had a great stay. It was great to get away and relax with family. The only thing was that person who stayed there before us had smoked on the back patio and then walked through the house cuz it smelt like smoke. By the time the office manager got back with me the next day he said he could have someone come spray but needed to know what time worked for us and we were hanging out inside that afternoon and then the next day we were leaving. We just sprayed air freshener around.
