This charming coastal cutie offers the perfect place to chill out and relax with family and friends. Load up your vehicle and head over to the beach which is a short three-minute drive. It's a right turn, a left turn…beach! You can't get much closer. It's also minutes away from downtown restaurants, bars, marinas, and gift shops for a great time out. This comfortable four-bedroom, three-bath house sits next to protected wetlands that regularly offer bird watching thanks to the nearby ponds.
This house offers a great place to live like you're at home when your outdoor time is over. With a sectional couch in the living area, a comfortable dining area with seating for 8 people, 4 bar stools in the kitchen, and a large TV, you will socialize and relax comfortably with room for everyone.

A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances allows you to cook like a master chef or simply warm up pizza. It's your choice! The main bedroom offers a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and lots of natural light. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV vanity and mirror. Bedroom 3 offers a king bedroom with vanity mirror and TV. Bedroom 4 offers 2 bunk beds that sleep 4. This house also offers a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Like living outside? The backyard provides a private heated pool and fenced back yard. Ready to swim? You can take a dip and cool off whenever you want and watch family and friends play in the pool while luxuriously relaxing with your favorite refreshing beverage. Want to grill? Awesome! We've got a five-burner propane grill* ready for you and a comfortable outdoor table with seating accommodation for 6 people. This is outdoor living done right.

Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
Propane tank available for grill and fire table. The tank is not guaranteed to have propane, please contact the management company for refills.
Property is NOT within the Port A golf cart accessible zone
Parking for 5 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a boat No parking in the street or grass.
