We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better house for a large family gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone, including my family, my three siblings and their families, my mother, and my mother-in-law, and we never felt crowded.The layout of the home was incredibly thoughtful and comfortable for a big group. The kitchen had ample space for cooking and meal prep, which made family dinners easy and enjoyable. Having laundry rooms upstairs and downstairs, along with two full bathrooms on each floor, was such a convenience.The living spaces were perfect for spending time together. We loved gathering around the large dining table for meals and relaxing in the spacious living room. The balcony quickly became a favorite spot for morning coffee at sunrise and evening wine overlooking the waterfront along the key.The pool and pier were a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. We spent hours swimming, fishing, kayaking, and simply enjoying being out on the water. The location was also fantastic, close to everything Rockport has to offer while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.One of the best parts of our experience was the management team. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with from start to finish, which made the entire trip seamless and stress-free.We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for large families looking for a relaxing and welcoming Rockport getaway!

This place exceeded our expectations! The location, house, fishing, and host, were amazing. There was 17 of us ranging from 8 years old all the way to 30 and the house was big enough for everyone to fit comfortably. The layout allowed for us to be inside and still watch over the kids that were outside in the pool. The pool and outside area was where we spent 90% of our time fishing and swimming, and everyone enjoyed it. There is plenty of fish to catch, so we didn't have to leave the house to fish. The kids were catching smaller catfish non-stop, we got a red as well as black drum amongst other fish. We even got to see dolphins pretty much everyday. We don't usually stay in places of this price range so it was a gamble, but it paid off and we are all looking forward to going back again!

Our family of ten had a great stay at the Riviera house. Description of property was totally accurate. Great view over the bay. Very comfortable outside areas, pool, and spa. The house was fully equipped and wonderfully furnished. We would definitely stay there again. We loved every minute.

We had a great family weekend. The kids enjoyed the heated pool while my husband and I enjoyed fishing off the deck. This is our second time renting this beautiful spacious home and will definitely be coming back.

Family reunion weekend

We had the best weekend at this house! We stayed here with grandparent, three kids w spouses and all of our children. It was the perfect spot with fishing and amazing pool to keep everyone busy and having fun! The house had all the kitchen supplies we needed too. A five minute drive to Walmart made it super easy to buy extra stuff we needed over the weekend. We plan to come back and stay here again!!

Great for large group

We celebrated with our 5 grown children and their families. There was plenty of beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware. Plenty of cooking supplies and even a crock pot. 2 living areas made space for everyone to spread out. The views were great and having the pool kept us all entertained!
