Room was very neglected , bathroom had uncovered vents , beds had roaches and bed bugs . Smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag. I’ve been to other red roofs and this was a nightmare.

This property is disgusting. The floors weren't even mopped. Rusted furniture and broken remote controls. My daughter like to run around barefoot and her feet were black to say the least. Microwave was dirty. Just an overall filthy room. I only.stayed because we had a long day of work and didn't feel like traveling any longer at that time it was 11 pm at night. Hotels.com I would really recommend you removing this property from your app. It's embarrassing.
