Seagull Condominiums unit 704L is a seventh floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach front vacation rental located on Mustang Island. It has views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and private patio. There is a king size bed and 32" TV in the bedroom. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV and a couch that makes out into a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures. Carpet and tile flooring. This Condo sleeps 4.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Check in time of 4PM false (NB they do not guarantee that the room will be ready)

We arrived on the 5th of July after your listed check in time only to find out that the room was not ready. After reading the incredibly fine print the agreement explains that check in time is not guaranteed but it would have made planning travel so much smoother if staff had called to say that the room would not be ready "on time" and also clarify this on your VRBO listing as well. Further the front desk staff were VERY unhelpful when I tried to clarify as to when we should return. It wasnt until another staff member intervened and said she could speak with the cleaning staff to get an approximate ETA that we were able to make plans. Otherwise the first staff member was fairly apathetic and said that they would call me and to amuse myself elsewhere and refused to say for how long. It really is ridiculous to expect people that have travelled there for an approximate 4 pm check in to be told to come back around 7 pm and maybe the room would be ready. Please try to call people to let them know if their room is going to be hours late and then I really feel that a discount should be applied if one cannot check in at your advertised time of 4pm.

Best VRBO ever!!!

This was the best condominiums we have stayed at! The view was amazing. You can view and hear the ocean from the recliners! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and the provide chairs! I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect quiet getaway

The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. The beach view is awesome. Very clean and cleaning staff were very nice. We will definitely be returning!!
