This spacious home is a short walk to the beach by boardwalk and has use of the shared pool across the street. The back downstairs private master bedroom (BR1) suite is **connected by a Breezeway** in the back of the house. It has a King-size bed, 2 chests for your beach attire, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This suite has private access to the back patio sitting area. Between the private suite and the main house is a breezeway with covered seating and an area for entertaining with the gas grill. Inside the bottom level of the main house is a foyer/sitting area and a bedroom (BR2) with a Twin over Full bunk bed with a closet, chest, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. Up the stairs, you will find the open-concept layout of the living, dining, and kitchen with beautiful décor. The full gourmet kitchen has spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, pot, pans, and utensils to try out your cooking skills. There are limited views from the kitchen area. The dining table has seats 6 and additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar. The living room has ample seating for guests with 2 couches, 2 chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. You can access the upstairs balcony from the living room. Guests may use the half bath in the hallway. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet by the half bath. The upstairs master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed, TV, dresser, and bench. This room has a private door to the upstairs balcony. The master bathroom has double vanities, a shower, and a jacuzzi tub. Off of this bedroom sits an alcove with a Twin over Twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle for additional room for sleeping. There are decks on both floors to enjoy the amazing views, breeze, and morning coffee. Downstairs you will find an outdoor shower for rinsing off under after a day at the beach.

Minimum age to book with Life in Paradise is 25, valid ID required.
Pet friendly, with $95 fee per dog, limit 2, 20 lb. Fee request will be sent separately after booking.
