Seaside Cabana is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Seaside Cabana the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

This is a beautiful condominium with ideal location in Cinnamon Shores North. Located in Social Circle where all the restaurants and fun activities take place yet still very peaceful and quiet. It was decorated beautifully,, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need. The space was cute and comfortable as shown in all the photos. The property was clean and well cared for.
Cons:
This property was right in the middle of all the action and noise from community events and golf carts could be heard every night until quite late. Having never stayed at Cinnamon Shore we weren't familiar with the area, but wouldn't choose this property again because of the location. I understand however that some might see this as a positive.
The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and was not fixed during our weeklong stay. Hand washing all dishes is not something I want to do on vacation.
This condo was perfect for our young family. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, beds were comfortable & everything was clean and decorated perfectly. We can't wait to come again!
This condo was fantastic! Very comfortable, well appointed and clean. The only thing I wish it wouldâve had was hooks for towels in the bathrooms. The location of the condo was great and we loved the balcony. We will be back!
