Welcome to our adorable condo, Sunrise Villas 109, in the perfect location! It's just a quick walk across the boardwalk right behind us to the beach, plus just a couple of blocks to the heart of Port Aransas and all the cute beach shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Kick back and enjoy the best of both worlds - beach and town. Our condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a huge walk-in closet, lots of built ins and shelves for storage. Twin roll away and sleeper sofa provide extra sleeping. There are two large flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is also a private patio area to enjoy the gulf breezes. The community pool in conveniently located just a few steps away. Lots of cute décor and designer touches make this a warm and welcoming place to enjoy your vacation.
