Tipsy Starfish is a Beachside townhome unlike the others: 2 parking spots, walk to the pool, backyard space, 3 balconies, and an end unit with sunrise and sunset views. Not many have these awesome extras!

Right off of 11th street and 2 blocks to Port Aransas Beach, Tipsy Starfish at Beachside has one of the most well-known pools in Port A with a slide, palms, several palapas, and seating to kick back and relax after a day at the beach or fishing. It will be hard to pull yourself away from this gorgeous pool area, but when it's time to hit the beach, easily walk or cart and be there in 2 minutes!

Tipsy Starfish offers 2 bedrooms on the main floor: a King Bedroom w/ Ensuite Bathroom and a Bunk Room (twin over full size with a twin trundle) with direct access to the backyard. Also on the main floor are a hall/guest bath and a washer and dryer for guest use.

Heading to the 2nd floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine. A kitchen island/breakfast bar is perfect for the non-cooks to hang out and watch the cooks do their thing! Large dining table plus bar seating offers plenty of space for everyone.

The oversized living area offers a super comfortable couch and chairs, again plenty of seating for family and friends! Off the living room, you'll have access to a balcony to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the gulf!

The 2nd floor also has a guest bath, another King Bedroom w/Ensuite Bathroom, and a balcony off this King Bedroom, perfect for happy hour and a sunset view!

- This home has access to a community pool.
- Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
- The communal pool is heated from October through March. It is gas-heated and can reach a maximum temperature of 96°F. Any issues with pool heating are managed by the HOA and are outside of AvantStay’s control.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
