Country House 'La Fresneda' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
La Fresneda is a beautiful and cosy two-storey house with a large patio, swimming pool, barbecue and sitting area.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace, toilet, separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas and electric cooker, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms with balconies, one with a 150cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other with two 90cm beds that can be joined to form a large double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom has air conditioning.
An extra bed is available on request at an additional cost.
The private, intimate and exclusive patio of 50m2 has a 4mx3m elevated swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and seating area.
The place is a quiet, hospitable and welcoming village. Its surroundings are spectacular. Highlights:
- The Guadiaro river that gives the greenery to its banks.
- The stone house and the Torre del Paso.
- The pines, chestnut trees and cork oaks give their name to the Alcornocales Natural Park.
- The Charca de la Zúa, an artificial dam of Andalusian origin, where there is an esplanade with several picnic tables and umbrellas.
The Cañada del Real Tesoro is an ideal area for lovers of fishing, hiking, horse riding, bird watching, cycling, photography, etc.
Well communicated by road and rail.
