Wonderful private villa for 3 people with WIFI, pool, A/C, TV and terrace

Casina Paradiso is just a few minutes drive from the town of Cortona, rich in Etruscan reminiscences, priceless and beautiful works of art, noble palaces and characteristic lanes. You cannot miss visiting Cortona and drinking a glass of wine in “Rugapiana” alley.
Lake Trasimeno is also easily accessible from here, with its beautiful beaches, islands and many small historic centres magically set in the green hills that frame it. It is also an ideal destination for lovers of water sports.
The small house is located next to the owners' villa, with whom you will also occasionally share the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view of Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1.40-1.60 - open from 1st May to 30 September). Casina Paradiso is furnished with taste and care down to the smallest detail, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and has a beautiful private terrace-solarium and an outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture for your dinners “al fresco”. Above all, the terrace will become the focal point of your cool summer evenings with the view of Cortona lit up in the distance.
Casina Paradiso is a small nest, ideal if you are a couple and wish to spend a romantic holiday, to spend your honeymoon, but also as a support point to comfortably visit Tuscany and the nearby Umbria.
Not far from the house is the road that has connected Cortona since ancient times with the chief town Arezzo, which can be reached in just 20 minutes by car.

Wer als Paar die Ruhe sucht und ausspannen möchte, oder auch etwas kulturelle unternehmen will, der perfekte Aufenthalt. Sehr liebenswerte Vermieter, die um den Gast sehr bemĂŒht sind. Es darf auch ein kleiner Hund mit dabei sein, da dieser den schön gepflegten Garten nĂŒtzen darf.

Casina Paradiso ist wirklich zu empfehlen, um zu zweit einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Alles sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. Auch Angelika, die Mutter der Vermieter ist eine nette Dame. Also wir, waren als Paar dort und wĂŒrden gern irgendwann, wieder dort Urlaub machen . Cortona, Arezzo, Siena und weitere kleine Dörfchen sind von dort aus sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Also immer wieder gern. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Casina Paradiso is really recommended to spend a relaxing holiday as a couple. Everything is very well maintained and the landlords are very, very nice. Angelika, the landlord's mother, is also a nice lady. So we were there as a couple and would like to go on holiday there again at some point. Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and other small villages can be reached very easily and quickly from there. So always happy to come back.
