The hotel is not close to OSU. My room smelled like puke. Even when housekeeping came they did not clean the room, leave new coffee cups, etc. The staff at the counter was rude.

Staff were all amazing - friendly, efficient and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing not top notch was the dinner from the bistro, which was convenient but of the four of us purchasing a meal, none were very satisfactory, which was a disappointment as they were advertised as Valentines Day specials. Overall though, our stay was wonderful.

Parking in the temporary drop off section is very difficult to get in and out of. The handicap sign is a little difficult to see if you are backing up out of one of the 10 minute temporary parking places. Other than that lovely.

It was located next to the venue for a wedding which was nice. No mugs for coffee in the room... and the fan was quite loud that heated the room. Other wise good.
