Casale le Querce is an ideal farmhouse for those who want to spend their holidays surrounded by nature and the silence of the countryside, and between the beaches and the sea. Grottammare and the Adriatic Sea are just 16 kilometres away.
The farmhouse offers its guests all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday. It has a very large garden with views of the local vineyards on one side and the hills on the other.
On the first floor, we find a large living room, a kitchen with a terrace, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The large garden is fenced on three sides and open to the forest. The private swimming pool allows you to swim and relax while admiring the beautiful scenery. While under the centuries-old oak tree, there is a table and chairs for lunches and dinners in the shade. If you are travelling with a dog, you can take advantage of a small, specially fenced area (5 m x 5 m), near the pool and the house, where your four-legged friend will feel safe when not on a leash.
The town of Cossignano is only 2 km away; here you can find all the main services such as food shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and the very famous Riviera della Palme, which continues up to Grotta Mare and Cupra Marittima. The whole coastal area offers many entertainment options such as bars, restaurants, water sports, cycle paths, events, and concerts.
