Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals! Complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Keurig single cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, bakeware, BBQ utensils, and basic spices and oils. Kitchen linens, paper towels available for your stay!
Master Bedroom: A king-sized bed centers the room with large, but private windows overseeing the backyard and Mingus Mountain. This room also features a ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and a large closet.
Second & Third Bedrooms: Each equipped with a comfortable King-size bed and closet, accommodating up to two guests in each room!

*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for guests. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*

Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

Gas BBQ: A built-in BBQ is located on the back patio!

Garage: You will have access to park your vehicle in a garage during your stay!

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
