Facility =10 Room =10 Area =10 Cleanliness = 10 Everything about Homewood Suites is amazing no matter what location we go to. This location in Covington has fresh baked cookies by one of the front desk managers!!! And the cookies were amazing!! We had absolutely no complaints, the room was breathtaking with tiles floors instead of the average nasty carpeting you find in hotel rooms. We were blown away. My only concern was the lack of staff in the lobby multiple times that I needed assistance. There were at least 3 times at different hours where there was absolutely no one watching the front. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely so safety doesn't seem to be a concern, but walking around the lobby finding no one wasn't comforting. Aside from that rather I ortsnt concern everything else about this location was absolutely amazing!!

The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the breakfast was great! It was in such a good location being only 10 minutes from downtown Covington. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Honestly, they were the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at a hotel. We plan on coming back to Covington and because of them and the amazing service I will be staying here again no questions.
