Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The room had unlevel laminate flooring that wasn't supported in areas, so my feet sank into the floor. Hallway smelled of pot. The breakfast available was bare minimum. Still, great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

This property was overall not great. The lobby is the only updated portion of the property. The halls were severally outdated, dirty and the carpet on the steps to the second floor were nailed down. Our room, 200, was smelly, filthy and outdated. There was a plastic bucket under the sink to catch the water every time you used it. It was splashing on my feet because it was so full. There were multiple used soap and shampoo bottles at the top of the shower when we arrived. There were no tissues in the box. There was a hand towel in one of the 2 small refrigerators. the smaller of the 2 was not functional. There was an AC unit in the wall that you could see sunlight around. The remote for it did not work. The top blanket on one of the 2 queens has mysterious white stains and the sheet had blue paint. One of the lamp outlets by the head of the bed was not functional. The location seems very sketchy. There were homeless in the area. Breakfast consisted of gravy with no biscuits just toast. No milk for the cereal and no fresh fruit. It was very hot in the lobby/breakfast area. Do not recommend it. Pay more elsewhere.

Place was very dirty, razor blade left behind, doors dirty, fridge seal ripped open. I had to fix myself so I could use fridge. I left to go to Walmart so I could get cleaning supplies and do it myself. On weekend nights people will be screaming at each other at 3am. Called front desk at 4:00 am when the noise wouldn’t stop. The person could not understand me as English was their 2nd Language, or they were playing stupid so they wouldn’t have to address the issue. Traveling and staying at hotels for well over 20 years for FAA work and this place takes the trophy for worst place to stay. The only plus is I didn’t catch bedbugs.

The lady behind the counter was understanding. Everything else was poor. The beds were uneven from wear. There were multiple areas where the carpet was ripped away from the wall. The window had no screen and had mold on it. The bathroom door knob was broken away from the door and the door wouldn't shut. The chain on the door was missing the end and was thereby unusable. The carpets were dirty with food and hair. The outlet the TV was plugged in to was touchy, suggesting a short. The bathroom had a 6 to 7 in wide hole in the wall. The toilet seat would not stay up and had to be held up for urinating. The tissue box holder in the bathroom was empty and the holder itself was coming away from the sink. The room had only one trash basket, including the bathroom. And maybe worst of all was the heavy smell of cigarette smoke pervasively throughout the room and hallway. I have a CPAP machine and it still reeks of cigarette smoke. This hotel should be condemned. The only reason we didn't leave was for the fact that we were exhausted and were too tired to find another place.

My wife was woken up around 3 a.m. being bit by something. Turned the light on to find 2 bed bugs running across the bed. Told the management which they switched us rooms, again, at 3 in the morning. The next morning I asked to be refunded and I was told to leave that cops were being called.
