This was the absolute perfect location!!! Just minutes from Winchester! We welcomed our new "Grand" baby girl into the family and needed a nearby hotel.
Seems Winchester is limited in hotels so I found this beautiful historic Inn/Art Gallery. It was perfect for my needs! Tom had a wealth of knowledge of the local area/history and gave me a tour of the cozy little Inn I so needed a good hot bath after spending hours at the hospital awaiting our little bundle of joy and this little Inn had just what I needed and even left bath salts to add to my pleasure! Clean, cozy and unique!
I will definitely be back!!!
Thank you Tom and Rachel for sharing your little hidden gem!
My husband and I were delighted to find this clean, affordable property conveniently located between Sewanee and Winchester. Plus, our doggie companion was welcomed! This historical hotel is under new ownership. Renovations are underway (at least two rooms are complete and available to book) and it has potential to be a very popular destination. While it lacks some of the amenities of higher end accommodations, it was fine for our needs on this particular trip. Having a more affordable, trustworthy option will allow us to visit our friends in the area more often. đ
Communication and check in was friendly and easy. This was a great spot for the price and location. The room was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! Seriously, I could have stayed in there all day! The blower on the air handler was loud. The people were friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
