This luxurious coastal Cowes accommodation with high end fittings and chic styling is adorned throughout with coastal tones and an abundance of light. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this holiday home exudes comfort and relaxation.

It's just a short stroll to the beach or the main town, where you can enjoy all of Cowes bars, restaurants and dining experiences

You are greeted with an attractive front garden and a newly built timber townhouse. A light-filled entrance hall flows into the stunning lounge and transitions into a spacious crisp white kitchen with glass splash-back. A fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and filtered water tap integrates seamlessly with the nearby dining area and outdoor decking area, a perfect spot to entertain and relax after dark.

The bedroom configurations allow for guests to holiday in pleasure. There are 2 queen sized bedrooms including the master with ensuite and a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, perfect for the kids. Upstairs is a more than adequate main bathroom with luxurious glass splashbacks and large bath to relax in for those balmy summer nights.

With a fully secure back yard, you are even able to bring your 4 legged friend - outside only! (by request & conditions apply) Bring the boat as there is plenty of space for that too!

The garage is available for guest use.

Great Location and house

The house is in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to the main street. You don't need your car once you are there. The layout of the house is perfect. Enough room for everyone. There was a master bedroom downstairs and that was great as the kids had all of upstairs to themselves. The deck and yard space is lovely. The grass in the yard is perfect for kids to play around. And deck is large enough for a bbq and people to sit out there and relax. The airconditioner had a separate setting for upstairs - so we were able to turn that on to keep upstairs cool without having to operate downstairs which didn't need it. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only point to make is it didn't have any condiments - no tea/coffee/sugar/foil/baking paper etc... But it did provide dishwashing liquid & cloths, and all the kitchenware needed for a stay was there. Somone pointed out in another review the neighbours are close. But it was no different to any other suburban house. I certainly didn't feel the neighbours were ontop of us. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

Great 3 bedroom townhouse for a family

Spacious and modern 3 bedroom townhouse close to the main Cowes shops and walking distance to the local playground. Steep stairs for young kids. Only disappointments for the price were: no wifi, no communication before booking that linen was excluded and blinds that need replacing.

Location and house just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Opulence on Steele. We brought our 2 furry babies and the yard was perfect for them too. An easy stroll to main street and to the beach, we could leave the car parked all weekend if we wanted to. We were there over a 40+ degree weekend and the a/c was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves for our weekend away!

Large town house (1 of 3 on the property) in a great location.

We had a nice stay at this house which could easily fit 4 adults and 4 kids and was well presented (three bedrooms – the one downstairs has an ensuite). The premises were quite new and is well appointed in terms of amenities (3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer). They also provide some other little extras including a DVD player, stereo with Bluetooth connection, two lounge rooms each with a big TV, 4 burner BBQ and they even have some beer coolers there! It is in a great location being less than a 10-minute walk to the main street and the beach, whilst still being in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. We had no major issues whilst we were there, although there were a few little things that could be improved. One downside is that there is not much privacy in the place when you have the blinds open. The photos on the website have been taken cleverly so as to not necessarily reflect how close it is the other properties on the site, and to the neighbours. The photos also accentuate the size of the private grassed area – which is quite small really. There is also no WiFi provided, which is a little odd given it has all the other mod cons. The ensuite bathroom seemed to have a few problems with the drains being very slow to empty meaning the water pools in the shower and sometimes in the sink, plus the basin had a huge crack in it with tiles lifting off the floor around the toilet. In the kitchen all of the dishes were pretty grimey, which was probably because the dishwasher was filthy and all blocked up – meaning it wasn’t cleaning anything properly. Nevertheless, these are all pretty minor issues really and could be easily fixed so I don’t see them as a deal breaker. Overall, if you have a couple of families or a slightly bigger group of people, for the price and the location I would say this place is a good option if you all want to stay together.
