Bienvenidos a Cozumel, the pristine Caribbean island where the scenery is impeccable, the scuba-diving is second to none, and the outstanding times are a dime a dozen.

During your stay, you might find yourself enjoying sparkling sunsets from Residencias' private beach, from the comfy chairs on your balcony, or from the exclusive rooftop patio, all of which this one bedroom, one bath unit, provides you access.

Located on San Francisco beach, Residencias Reef consists of four condo complexes that surround two heated pools.

Our unit, rests on the second floor terrace that overlooks the pool and beach, pointing directly at the spot where the sun sets.

The condo is fully furnished and ready for you to stay comfortably as long as your heart desires.

There are a few beach club restaurants within walking distance of the condo, although they tend to close up shop once the cruise ship crowds head out in the afternoons.

For this reason, most renters prefer to stock up on groceries upon arrival, or have the delivery service shop for them! The grocery stores on the island have outstanding produce, fresh fish and meat, and a wide variety of drink options, including wine, alcohol, beer, and, of course, tequila.

The location and stay were just wonderful. Checkin was easy and the on-site property manager checked in and was so nice! We were there for our honeymoon. Will be back for sure!

Well appointed and well kept place

My husband and I just spent 9 days at this condo and it was really great. Comfortable bed, great views, well appointed, and bonus for divers - they have a drying rack on the patio. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property on fabulous beach

Condo is well stocked and everything was ready for us just to relax and enjoy. It has nice amenities that not all in the complex do including a vonage phone and upgraded patio furniture. Very accommodating owners who insure a great experience. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time in this comfortable condo. It is well equipped, clean and a has nice view. The grounds and beach are very nice and have a gated entry. Water sports are easy as most operators will pick up on the pier.

Always a Terrific Stay!

We stayed at this property before and always enjoy ourselves. The condo is perfectly positioned and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Schedule grocery delivery and chef services through Cozumel Chef, massages with Amavel and diving through Scuba Du - you won't be disappointed. Extra bonus - divers can get picked-up from the Secrets pier (adjacent to the condo property), which shortens travel to the reefs considerably. This is a great place - book it!

Another week in paradise

Residencias Reef never fails to impress. The grounds are immaculate and the units are clean and well maintained. Susan is extremely responsive and accommodating to her guests. We consistently rent here and are returning guests to this unit. We highly recommend for a relaxing, enjoyable respite.

A calm and beautiful oasis in bustling Cozumel

Residencias Reef is a quiet and well appointed property on a beautiful beach. Susan’s condo is clean, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the beach and main pool. Susan, Luis and Sindy are so helpful and responsive. This is our 4th time at Residencias Reef and our second stay at Susan’s and recommend her condo without hesitation. We’ll be back!

Absolutely fantastic

Our vacation is sadly coming to an end, but Susan’s condo has been a highlight of our trip. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to relax. Questions pretrip were answered very quickly which made planning a snap. The location and staff insight were amazing. And the view is marvelous! Thank you Susan for sharing such a special place. Peaceful Condo

My husband and I have been to Cozumel several times but we have never stayed in a condo before. Susan and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Our daughter loved the balcony and heated pool! We will definitely stay here again next time we come. If you are on the fence... all I have to say is book Susan's place.

Property is wonderful, balcony overlooks pool and ocean. Management had a bowl of fruit. drinks and cheese in the refrigerator. Louis contacted me the day of arrival and showed me how to use the television. Without a car trips to town can be expensive as there is no public transportation. Beautiful island, would recommend for a relaxing vacation.
