Casa de Esperanza (House of Hope), a spacious, diver/family-friendly penthouse where you will find the finest drift diving in the world! It doesn't get any better than this!
Casa de Esperanza is in the penthouse (8th floor) of the gorgeous condominium building right across the street from City Hall. You are 3 blocks from downtown San Miguel (Cozumel), a 2-minute walk to the shops along the ocean, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and quiet. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view that goes for miles across the Caribbean Ocean to Playa del Carmen, the Riviera Maya and Xcaret eco-park.

Two bedroom suites each have their own private baths that are fully accessible. If you want to eat in, you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with utensils and various small appliances. Wireless high-speed DSL is available so bring your laptop! The elevator takes you to the lobby (where there are laundry facilities) or the basement/garage, directly opposite the entrance to the beach and the tri-level pool. There is a boat dock and dive rinse tanks.

Supermarket across the street and multilingual, full-time American management and concierge service provides daily maid service and can arrange for any number of activities- day trips to Xcaret, renting a scooter or car, babysitters, even private chefs. This is the perfect place!! All the dive operators on the Island pick-up and deliver right to your dock and then only a short walk to the rinse tanks.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please note that parking at the condominium complex is limited, so if you have a vehicle, you may not be able to park it in the El Cantil garage. The security of El Cantil will direct you as to whether you can park there or not, and if not, there is parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- There is NOT washer and dryer available for guest use at this property. The cleaning staff can do laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.
