We have stayed here a number of times over the years and, unfortunately, feel it is declining. The rooms are fine, but the sound proofing is awful and it seems groups of workers stay there and socialize well into the night. Note we stayed there on a Sunday night. We pulled into the parking lot and someone with a beat up car that looked lived in pulled in beside us music blaring. They were only there 20 minutes or so and left, and my children noted it smelled of pot in the halls. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Don't choose it for the hot tub!

Average stay. Hot tub wasnt working and sounds like it it never typically is. Staff described it as not hot so its a known problem not being fixed. The AC wasnt properly working so spent the night either freezing or too hot.

Not bad for the price

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hottub was medium warm at best. The continental breakfast are could do with some paint and some upgrades but the food was ok. It was better than the next place we stayed in Cranbrook.
