From the moment you pull up, you'll quickly know why this property is named Bella Vista. The stunning view of Lewis Smith Lake's calming waters with large stone walls will take your breath away. It’s minutes from Trident Marina where you can gas up water toys or go for a quick bite to eat. Whether you are enjoying the lake or relaxing on the patio there is comfort for everyone. Everyday stresses of life will quickly be forgotten while you make yourselves at home and enjoy the BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

Bella Vista is a lakefront house located high on a scenic point with extraordinary views of Lewis Smith Lake. This newly built luxury property has 300 feet of waterfront on the widest part of the lake. It has a massive double decker boat dock with a boat slip, a double Sea Doo ramp and a layout ledge that guests are welcome to use.
We welcome you to enjoy the whole house including a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area, Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, French press, and a balcony, a spacious living room with a 4k Picture Screen smart tv and a downstairs gameroom with large 4k smart tv and full-size pool table.
The house includes (3) KING suites with tv's, 1 double queen suite with a tv and bunk room with (2) sets of bunk beds and a tv. The master suite has its own balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake and its own master bath that's perfect for soaking and gathering your thoughts after a full day’s activities.
Bella Vista also has an outdoor kitchen/patio that we feel is the perfect place to be with its beautiful views of the picture-perfect sunrises and sunsets, custom made easy to use fire pit, Weber gas grill, Green Egg smoker, dining area along with lounging chairs and a 65" outdoor TV.
Note, there are 2 cameras located on property. 1 is pointed at the driveway and only used as security during vacant times, the other is pointed at the dock and also used as security during vacant times as well as to monitor the dock during heavy storms.

My husband and I have 5 adult children and 3 are married. This house was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas with the entire family. 4 bedrooms with large comfy beds and the bunk room is furnished so nicely adults wouldn’t mind sleeping there as well. I have to say my favorite thing about the house is the kitchen. We have traveled quite a bit throughout the years and this is my new favorite stay. Most places have just barely enough cookware to cook simple meals. Not the case here. We had plenty of cookware to cook a full over the top meal. The quality of the furnishings throughout the whole house will not leave you disappointed!

Our family really enjoyed this property. Fantastic view, house layout provided good space inside and outside. The dock was easy to access and had plenty of space on the 2 level. Kenneth was prompt and friendly when we had questions. Would return our 8 adults and 6 grandchildren

Cozy Lovely Home

We had a wonderful stay in this house! Access to 65 and Trident Marina was perfect. All the beds and linens were comfortable. We were able to dock our pontoon rental at the property overnight which we loved. The hill to the dock is steep but not a problem for our group. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. The kitchen could use some updated accessories (tongs, spatulas, etc). The patio near the grill area can get very hot & stuffy so a fan there would be a great addition. We really had a wonderful time and the views from the house are amazing!! Really enjoyed the large sofa in the evenings for our group to gather and relax. We would recommend this home and would rent again. Thank you!

Wonderful property on Smith Lake

Our family of 9, including our adult children and their spouses, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful and very clean. The dock is great for hanging out and swimming. The main room is comfortable and accommodated all 9 of us comfortably. We would stay here again!
