House is suitable for children, one pack'n'play is available for use as well as highchair, toys, gate for stairs down to theater room. It is up to you to review all instructions and warning labels of each item you use and is not our responsibility to determine if the item is safe for your Childs use. It is best to keep children from playing/being in the loft or deck when unaccompanied by an adult as they may climb and fall over the rails.There are NO child locks on doors, cabinets or toilets.

Other things to note:
4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, traction tires and/or tire chains might be required to access the house during the snowy winter months. The driveway is on a gentle decline to the house.

The house is located at 4,500' elevation and is susceptible to heavy snow in winters and possibly wild fires/smoke during fire season. It is recommended to get travel insurance in the case of cancellation due to natural weather events.

Wonderful Winter Destination
Our stay was wonderful! The home was very clean, well laid out, and well stocked. Downstairs is game room. It is climate controlled, so it was warm. The theater room was awesome. The bathroom downstairs meant kids weren't going up and down the stairs to use a bathroom if they were watching movies or playing games. Upstairs is the main living area which included the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The third floor is the loft with 2 more bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm. The furniture was all clean, well-kept and comfortable. There was plenty of room to seat people for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cups- even dishes for toddlers, as well as coffee cups and wine glasses. The view out on the deck was beautiful and also a very safe place for the younger ones to play as it was entirely fenced in and had a gate that kept them from getting to the stairs. The stairway that leads to the theater and game room has no door, but the owners considered how that might be dangerous with little ones, so they installed a baby gate. The lot itself is on the end, so you have lots of space to play outside without worrying about cars, plows, or neighbors. The only thing I would recommend they do is add a rubber mat or two in the garage so that people coming in from the snow have a place to walk that aren't the rugs or bare concrete. All in all, this home was perfect for our family, and we will definitely be returning.
