Enjoy the comfort and convenience of Jokerville-203. Recently updated with new curtains and bedding! This condo boasts all new flooring throughout the unit. Updated beds include four Queens and a Twin for versatile sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms are spacious, each with large wardrobes. The living room sports a sleeper couch with comfy side chairs. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony area with beautiful views of the West Elk Mountain Range. This is a pet friendly unit, so you can bring the whole family when you travel. All you need is a fire in the wood-burning fireplace; the wood is conveniently located out the back door! Ski access is right out this door too!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 2.5 flights of exterior stairs to access J-203.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

Our complex is ski-in/ski-out, and the Jokerville building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Great location

Ski in ski out, right out the back door is a ski trail to a lift. Nice location, comfortable rooms. Included is a fire starter and fire wood for an authentic wood fire experience.

Disappointed in condo living room ceiling fan couldn’t be plugged in had a short. Our ceiling fan didn’t work and really needed updating. Mel in office was a little rude but Christy (I think) was very nice

Just an okay place to stay.

Stayed at this condo for a weekend, immediately noticed that the pictures are somewhat misleading. There is no private balcony, which the picture implies. The condo is old, definitely for a ski get away, we visited in summer, no air. The property itself is nice with some trails to hike and a ski lift right down the hill. We had dogs, this property was very convenient for that.

Great bedding options

This unit works well, not fancy but comfortable & fairly roomy for our 6 adults, toddler and dogs. Beds worked good for a group, including a back bedroom spacious enough for a baby portable bed away from the noise. Lighting could be improved. Back door exit at ground level great for dogs. Walk to ski village & lift. Quick trip to town. Stairs up to unit were fine for us! Managment very helpful when wallet was left behind!

Lovely home on the mountain

The space was as described, and very clean. You can ski right down to the West Wall lift, and ski back as well, so the location was excellent. Having so much firewood available for the fireplace was a bonus. Thank you for an excellent stay!

This property looks good in your picture, but it needs a lot of work to be worth the rental fee.

The condo property is nicely located and has great views. Once inside we found it to be in need of much updating. We looked for a 'pet-friendly' accommodation, but were disappointed to find the carpet had lots of stains appearing to be "pee" stains. Our dog is well housebroken and would expect others to have the same respect for nice accommodations or ownership to remedy this problem. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable pot, pan, appliance and dishes/silverware, but the entire unit needed not only updating, but repair as well in order to command the rental fee requested. In addition, linens were very shopworn and in need of replacement, especially the one dishcloth and two thin dish towels provided. As far as the rental fee, this was "shoulder" season, not peak season! The manager, Jenny, was very helpful and sympathetic to our complaints. We appreciated her quick response to our questions, as well as her adjustment to our fee, as we used only the one bedroom/one bath side of the unit. She mentioned there were other 'pet friendly' units in the property that were in much better condition. Wish we had known that beforehand. In summary, we felt the photo online to be deceiving. We were also astonished to find a charge for "VRBO" fee on our charge card. There is no place on the website that indicates there is an additional fee other than the agreed upon rental charge. All in all, we may have made our first and last reservations through VRBO.
