Perfect location at the western end of Elk Ave, walk out your front door to great restaurants, shopping, coffee and entertainment in the heart of historic Crested Butte. Hiking and biking trails are steps away and the free ski mountain shuttle is just a block away, minutes from the slopes.
Gorgeous custom home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Home was
recently remodeled and architecturally designed to keep the feel
of a Crested Butte mining home while providing high-end amenities,
including three master suites with incredibly tiled, large walk-in showers, bunk room and TV room. Professionally decorated with new furnishings, and quality linens. This home is ideal for a large family or multi-family vacation. Beautiful hand stained hardwood floors, custom wood and iron work and in-floor radiant heat throughout. Come and enjoy the beauty Crested Butte has to offer in luxury.

The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, mud room, one of the downstairs master suites with bathroom and the bunkroom bedroom with another shared bathroom.

The kitchen includes quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances, gas stove, and table for 4 guests + additional seating in the living area. The living area includes a large sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace.
One master suite is on the first floor with a king bed and large bathroom, walk-in shower with
double rain showerheads and quartz counter tops. The second bedroom includes two-built-in bunk beds for the kids. The second bathroom has a
shower/tub combination across the hall. The mudroom side-entry features
lockers and hooks for storing coats, skis, hiking shoes, bike helmets, etc. Just
across the hall is a separate laundry room with full size washer, dryer and
sink.
The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a TV
room. Both upstairs master suites include a king bed, huge walk-in showers
with double rain showerheads, and an additional sink/dressing area in
bedrooms. The TV room has a sectional couch and is an excellent room for
the kids. The entire house has high speed wireless internet.
Winters in Crested Butte offer alpine skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Crested
Butte. There is snowshoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating available in
town at The Nordic Center just a few blocks away. For the adventurous
skiers, there is snow cat skiing available. Other winter activities include ice
fishing, dog sledding. Several companies offer snowmobiling out Kebler Pass.
The summer months bring hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, fishing, horseback
riding, golfing, rafting and camping. All these activities are available just
minutes from the house.
The Town of Crested Butte offers excellent restaurants and shopping,
including a coffee shop/bakery right across the street. The town hosts
several festivals throughout the year to include the Wildflower Festival, the
Crested Butte Art Festival and the Summer Concert Series. In addition on
Sundays in the summer, there is a Farmer's Market right outside the front
door.

The house was beautiful, clean, well appointed and perfectly located. We enjoyed walking out the front door and heading a few blocks away to delicious restaurants, lively bars and shopping. The shuttle to the ski village is also very convenient. Loved the town, the house, the whole thing. Family’s with elderly guests, please note that there are 2 steps up out of the main floor master bedroom (and one of the upstairs.) They are lit which is appreciated but we had several falls.

My friends and I had a girls trip to the mountains and this was such a perfect place to stay! It’s walkable to town and the cute shops, it has a nicely stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfy and it had enough room for 10 of us to stay comfortably! Would definitely recommend.

Great house close to everything in CB

Three families stayed for a week of skiing in Crested Butte. The house had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and great amenities, and only a two block walk to the bus stop to the mountain. Owner was super responsive when we had a small maintenance issue. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Crested Butte.

This home was great for our group. Great location and the house was nice. Only downside is there needs to be a much larger dining table for the number the house sleeps. The hot tub house was great and the management company was very responsive and helpful.

Great Ski Vacation

Beautiful house in a great location. Grandkids learned to ski and there was a tremendous amount of snow. Crested Butte is a great ski town for families. This was a beautiful home and perfect for a family of 10. We had a wonderful time and will be back to Crested Butte next year.

Incredible stay in Crested Butte

This property exceeded expectations. The location is super convenient and walkable to everything in town. The house is super cozy, well maintained, and clean. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Plus the hot tub room is key! Great spot to stay in crested butte.

Great find!

Loved the quiet end of the street location, yet only a block from shops and restaurants. It was also nice that there were 3 suites with their own baths. Quiet little backyard with a hot tub in a cool old "shed".

5 Star Stay!

This house exceeded our expectations! A great looking renovation that is incredibly clean, has every amenity we could think of, and 3 king suites that were so spacious and comfortable! The hot tub and fire pit made for the perfect happy hour most every night! The owners and property managers were so helpful before and during our trip. Loved the location
 Especially on our first day during the Farmers Market and on our last night during the Chainless Bike Race!! Thanks for the great memories!

Beautifully Restored and Convenient to Everything

Our family had a wonderful week at this house where we enjoyed bluebird days skiing and cozy nights with takeout food from the convenient restaurants right down the street. We loved it and would definitely recommend it to others.

5 Star Ski Vacation

This was the perfect place for our mini family reunion. The home exceeded all of our dreams from the furnishings, layout, master bedrooms for all adults, bunk room, hot tub, and location. The home is furnished so that everyone can visit comfortably in the living room. One night we brought in dinner from Secret Stash and all hung out in the cozy home catching up and enjoying the town of Crested Butte. I reached out to the owners a couple days before to inquire about a Crockpot. They immediately ordered one and had it there for us to cook another night while and make it easy to come back from skiing with a meal ready to go. Each of the bedrooms were decorated perfectly and so comfortable for each couple in our group. The kids loved their cozy bunk room with the super soft comforters on each bed. The hot tub is located in an adorable cabin in the back with lights strung inside to make it extra magical. After a long day of skiing this was a relaxing way to end the day. This home has the perfect location to walk to some of the delicious restaurants in Crested Butte and poke around the cute shops. We had a couple members that weren't skiing so it was convenient for them while the rest of us were up skiing. The bus picks up a couple blocks aways for individuals wanting to head up to ski. We will definitely stay here again on other visits to Crested Butte and appreciate everyone done to make this a special weekend.

Very well done!

This is a great home. It is very well appointed and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen, while small, has everything you need and more. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! The location is right on Elk, but at the end so it is quiet and convenient to everything! My only note would be the parking. The town now has you sign up for a parking permit online, which I did, but was still issued a parking ticket for no permit. I hope the city of CB becomes a little more friendly to it's repeat visitors who are navigating this new permit situation!
