In fact, it was designed so that all bedrooms, living areas, and the kitchen capture the same incredible view. The great room of the home is the heart and encompasses the gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area with oversized picture windows to take in the view. Catch a movie in the living room while cozying up to the gas fireplace or step into the kitchen for that perfect meal.  There's plenty of space for all the cooks and the large center island lets you lay everything out buffet style or just creates a great space to have that first cup of coffee in the morning. The commercial appliances including a SubZero fridge and 6 burner gas range make cooking a joy! Just off the deck from the kitchen is a gas grill that takes in the stellar views as well. There is also a powder bath and laundry room on this main level.

Located up one level and completely private from the rest of the home is the master suite with king bed and commanding views through the picture windows. The master bath has dual vanities and a great glass shower. The lower level of the home has an additional living area boasting the same fabulous views, TV, and even a foosball table! Step outside the back door and soak your cares away in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit in summer and fall to swap stories at the end of the day. There are 3 guest bedrooms on this level, two with queen beds and one with a double bed.
