Villa Avalon is an exclusive new villa for up to 8 people on a secure 1000 m2 plot in a popular location. With its large heated pool and beautiful flat garden is a very comfortable, spacious and child-friendly accommodation in an exclusive location with panoramic sea views from all locations of the property, house and pools.
This furnished tastefully and with much trouble villa has 350 sqm living space. The living room is spacious, bright with hardwood oak floors, large French doors to the terraces, green landscaped garden and pool beach with 8 sun loungers and spectacular panoramic sea views of the beautiful Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk. The living room is connected to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for up to 8 people. All four bedrooms are equipped with box spring king size beds, air conditioned, wooden floor parquet, flat screen satellite / TV, free WiFi and en-suite bathrooms each with bath-shower trays and double sinks as befits 5 stars. The (masterbedroom) master bedroom is additionally with a walk-in wardrobe, wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom has a massage bathtub as well as additional walk-in shower. A bedroom on the ground floor, the other three are on the 1st floor but all benefit from panoramic sea views and each access to private balcony and private bathroom with bathtub and double sink. A large garage for 2 cars (SUV / car) and two more parking places complete this high quality villa.
A house service is optional for you every day at leisure. Whether fresh rolls, newspapers, breakfast preparation or shopping as well as the tidying and cleaning of the accommodation is done daily or by appointment.
Villa Avalon is located in a safe residential area 600m walk from the popular Crni Molo with the sandy beach and numerous beach cafes and restaurants.
Only 22 km on the nearest airport Rijeka, Zagreb airport and Trieste are 160km or 130km, of this we can also organize a pick-up service.

Amazing stay! Wonderful house

We had a great holiday at Ivana and Misa's place. The house is fantastic, tastefully decorated and fully equiped with everything needed. We spent our days at the pool overlooking an amazing view. Definitely one of the best holiday experiences so far! itastefdecorated

Stunning villa with beautiful views

We had a great week and the hosts were very friendly with good advice for local restaurants. The town is a 15 min walk but it is a steep hill. Some families might benefit from having a car. The villa is very well equipped and we had all the essentials for our first night as well. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing at the pool with amazing views was wonderful. We highly recommend it.

Wunderschöne, sehr luxuriöse Villa in Crikvenica. Ausstattung (sehr gehoben) und Lage der Villa (von jedem Zimmer toller Blick aufs Meer!) ist hervorragend. Ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir waren zu sechst im August 2022 hier und kommen sicher wieder!

Top Location

Wir hatten Anfang September eine super Woche in der Villa Avalon verbracht. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung z.B. hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad inkl. Dusche was gerade bei einem Urlaub mit Paaren sehr angenehm ist. Das Anwesen inkl. Pool ist sehr gerÀumig und die zwei Terrassen lassen es nicht zu eng oder gedrÀngt wirken. Die Betreiber Ivana und Misa Lisac waren wirklich extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich wÀhrend unserem gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Auszeit mit Freunden

Wir haben die Villa zu 8 fĂŒr 1 Woche gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Außerdem war alles sauber und gepflegt. In der KĂŒche hat man alles was man braucht. Auch der Garten mit Gasgrill und der Pool mit Liegen/Schirmen sind sehr schön hergerichtet. Man muss in der KĂŒche und draußen mit Obst und anderen Essensresten aufpassen, da sonst Ameisen kommen. Die Aussicht, den die Villa bietet ist wunderschön. Man sieht direkt auf die Insel Krk und das Meer. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man auch schön beobachten. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg. Man erreicht den Strand in ca 10-15 Gehminuten. Lidl ist ca. 5 mins mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und stets bemĂŒht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Als Kaution werden aber nochmal 500 in bar verlangt, die man bei der Abreise wieder kommt. Die Klimaanlage lief bei uns immer durch, was den Vermietern nicht gefallen hat. Das wurde dann am letzten Tag auch gesagt und das Haus wurde auch genau auf weitere Makel untersucht. Da die Stimmung hier etwas hitziger war, waren wir auf dem Heimweg nicht mehr so positiv gestimmt. Im Nachgang gab es noch Fragen wegen der 2. Kaution, bei der sich der Vermieter wieder gekĂŒmmert hat und sich auch fĂŒr die hitzige Stimmung entschuldigt hat. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine super Woche in dem Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Vermieter sind wir ebenfalls zufrieden und danken ihm fĂŒr die schöne Woche und um seine FĂŒrsorge uns einen schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

More than you can wish for

Stop searching!!! This is absolutely the most perfect villa you can find in this area. Look at the pictures! The view is breathtaking. The villa is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We enjoyed the heated pool very much. There is so much luxury. You will lack nothing. Various trips are possible from Crikvenica. We recommend for example: Rijeka, Rovinj, Krk, Plitvice lakes- National Parc (very beautiful). The owners are very friendly, helpful and are always willing to answer questions. They respect your privacy. You are lucky if you can stay at villa Avelon.

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet reichlich Platz und wird tĂ€glich von einer sehr freundlichen Zugehfrau gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme GrĂ¶ĂŸe und wird sogar beheizt. Der Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht und die Insel Krk ist schlichtweg traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie haben uns den Ort gezeigt, zahlreiche Tipps gegeben und uns auch Liegen direkt am Meer zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
