Comfortable and roomy family holiday home has gas central heating via a combi boiler. This well equiped house is just outside the town centre, park the cars and you wont need to use them again. Living room is at the front of the property with open treaded stairs to upstairs which divides this from the dining area to the rear. Large well equipped kitchen, ( Hob, Oven, Dish Washer, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and all plates, pots and pans). Down stairs loo and small conservatory into courtyard garden

Upstairs the Master Bedroom has a king size bed, the two other bedrooms each have twin beds, one with an extra shower and hand basin.
The bathroom (installed in 2016) is an white bathroom with shower over bath.

Just the job!

Cromer is lovely and this could not be any better for location and parking...Clean and tidy...seems to have everything you need...good close amenities..loads to see and do local or other..Beds clean and comfy...cosy frontroom...kitchen etc good.Small secure garden...needs a little TLC..due to winter..Small downstairs loo..which was very handy..saved going up n downstairs...A traditional property we enjoyed our stay and would go again...Good Communication with owner..

Holiday home

My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Cromer Revisited

Good, clean, well-located property, which completely met our needs. We took an aging relative back to Cromer to visit again the places she had been to as a younger person. The home provided all the amenities we needed, and more, with lovely convenience to the town centre. Communications with the property manager were completely efficient and friendly. Good value for money, noting this is not a brand new house and the fixtures and fittings are not luxury, but very functional. We would not hesitate to return.

House was situated in a great place .Close to beach shops and take away . We all had a great time,rained at night so didn’t spoil holiday . Would recommend it to friends. Only complaint was The paint work looked abit tired and was a stain by carpet in dining room ..

Great location

The house is in a great location, is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. The owner David was very accommodating and allowed us in early as it was raining and we had arrived in Cromer. The beds were made up and were clean. The property decor is very tired and needed a good tidy up of paintwork. The property also needed a thorough clean as there were numerous spiders and cobwebs, smelly plug holes, dishwasher and washing machine (mainly because the doors were permanently closed). I feel that whoever is cleaning it is not a professional cleaner and could do much better. We were also concerned about all the extension leads throughout the property due to the lack of sockets. The courtyard needed some attention as did the outside windows and doors. We put the above to one side so as not to ruin our holiday but the money we paid warranted a cleaner and better maintained property. David was wonderful when I contacted him.

Great house in the middle of all you want!

Well equipped home, great size for our family of 5 (and dog), had everything we needed. The only one negative, no towels are provided. Location wise, couldn't be better. 3 min walk to the town and 5 mins to beach. Lots of fabulous walks on the doorstep. Beautiful views from the cliffs in Cromer, by the lighthouse. We stumbled across a fabulous pub called the Fishing Boat in East Runton. Very reasonable, very dog friendly, free pool and darts and a real fire! A real great find. Wells Next The Sea is beautiful place to visit, fish and chips in the harbour were delicious! All in all, a really great place for a holiday and would highly recommend staying at this house.

Did not realise property was straight on the main road Property was not very clean bathroom and kitchen in particular. Cobwebs everywhere. Beds were clean and comfortable. Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid for

Enjoyable weekend

The courtyard which is very small had lots of autumn leaves patio table and chairs needed cleaning. Shame it could be made to look lovely. Good to have a dishwasher but in view of this more mugs needed as there was 5 of us . I would have liked some cleaning liquids for kitchen. A New veg peeler needed otherwise well equipped.

The 3 Cs - Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

Bright and attractively laid out and furnished. All rooms very clean and comfy beds. Lots of kitchen equipment available. Because we were there for the Folk on the Pier festival, it was a very short walk to the pier and because of the private parking space, no need at all to use the car for our long weekend. We could well be back!

Great location

We stayed in David's house in Cromer for 3 nights and it was great. There was 2 adults,and 4 teenagers and it was plenty big enough.It is literally a 5 mins walk to the town and beach.There are lots of places to eat and drink and a lovely little cinema. You really don't need a car but there are lots of lovely places to see if you do have one.Will definitely stay again.
