Beautiful Rural Setting close to Cromwell township

Located in the heart of the Central Otago vineyard and cherry growing region in a lovely rural setting. This 3 bedroom modern unit is just a short drive to all amenities in Cromwell, including restaurants, activities, shopping, the lake and historic Old Cromwell Town, gold mining relics etc.

Highlands Motorsport Park just 2 minutes drive away (walking distance). Why not try the Hot Laps or have a go on the go-carts.
Only 50km to Queenstown International Airport, Cromwell is the gateway to the famous Queenstown and Wanaka Lakes District. There is plenty to do including walking and biking trails, vineyard tours and wine tasting, skiing/snowboarding, golf, etc.

Very comfortable beds and quality linen is provided, as is cleaning. There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat very close by.

There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, Webber Q gas BBQ. A hotplate/element is available on request.

There is a very nice chicken coop if you like chickens. Very cosy rugs in the closets if you get the one day a year when the weather is bad in Cromwell.

A wonderful discovery

What a beautiful setting amongst the cherry trees. We felt immersed in the beautiful surrounding. It was so rejuvenating, the peace the quiet and oh so pretty. And the weather just super. Loved our little home for 5 days. Lotsa walks ate and picked 🍒 cherrys a d apricots sooo sweet. The location was so central as we drove to wanaka , Queenstown and arrow town . Such a good spot. And would not wanted to have missed the unforgettable historical town of old Cromwell . Very neat tidy and clean thank you for your hospitality. Happy new year đŸ„ł

Nice wee place.

The place was tidy, clean and had everything you need. Short drive out of town centre. Did initially book this based on hot tub but even without it, it was worth what we paid. The owners were very friendly!

Deceptive Listing

I booked this property as it had an outside spa bath listed as one of the amenities. After we had paid, the owner told us the spa was unavailable as they were away that weekend. However when we arrived, he was there mowing the lawns. Turns out the spa is attached to the main house which was a fair distance away from the accomodation. Also advertised as a "nice rural setting" but we dealt with noisy neighbours most of the day. Will not be back! Watch out for video cameras as well!

Lieing couple presenting a Bach consisting of a hot tub. What a joke! Get your wallet ready she ain’t cheap! Owner agrees to give refund then later lies black and blue. Disgusting service, deceitful scum.

The only downside about our stay here was that the neighbouring house had a party and played very loud music in the early hours of the morning keeping us awake for hours.

Cute and Cozy

Great location for my family. Had everything we needed and the laundry was not far away. The owner was great to deal with and allowed us to park on the lawn as we had lots of vehicles and trailers and visitors.
