Room smelled like cigarettes smoke and we requested a non smocking room. Bathtub was nasty, bathroom not cleaned at all. room floor had not been moped in weeks. Lamps/lightbulbs not working. Phone and lamp in room were very dirty and rusty. Fridge and microwave were corroded and rusty. Inside drawer under TV had water damage and smelled like cigarettes. Shower head was bouncing in and out the wall, would not adjust.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. For me, its the little things... sure the room could be updated (like most Ive been too), but it was clean, comfortable, and they clean your room every day which I love. The staff was sweet and were good at their jobs. The property was well maintained, they had a nice pool (which we didnt get to enjoy because it was too cold out) AND its connected to a bar/ restaurant and a Denys, which was also really good. Its very convenient to local shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be using this hotel again when Im in the area.

The staff was friendly, easy check in/check out process. Room could have used a good cleaning. I understand there is still a staffing shortage so this may account for the room's condition. Not horrible, but not what I'd like to stay in for more than a night. The location was convenient, and the staff's friendliness was much appreciated.

Room had uncomfortable beds with thin linens and no real blankets, tiny useless pillows, several standard motel amenities were missing and had to be requested at hidden office location. The bathroom had a broken fan, peeling paint on ceiling, obvious mold and mildew stains on ceiling that no one appeared to have even tried to clean. Plus broken toilet seat. Don’t stay here. There are better options.

Good value for price
We had a brief overnight stay here because we were visiting Three Sisters and Homosassa Springs Parks. The hotel room appeared very clean with a bit too strong aroma of Fabuloso. However, after walking around barefooted after our showers we realized the floor was very dirty and had not been mopped in a while. The location of this hotel is excellent for manatee peeping. Also there is an attached Dennys restaurant which is very convenient. It's not luxury, but I've had the displeasure of staying in much worse.
