Relaxing River Vibes: Amazing home near the Rainbow River

Welcome to our home in beautiful Old Florida. It was recently remodeled, top-to-bottom, with no expense spared. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with king-size beds and 1 room with 2 single-beds) and 2 full bathrooms, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, large fenced backyard for dogs (we have a $100 pet-fee), backyard firepit (wood not included), 4 kayaks with paddles and life-vests, rooftop car carrier for the kayaks for the guests without a truck or SUV, 2 adult bicycles with helmets, large washer and dryer, 2 stand-up paddleboards, BBQ grill with propane, picnic table, corn hole game, 3 TVs with Netflix, sleeper sofa, and a brand new kitchen with modern LG appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood very close to the Rainbow River, only 0.5 miles from Blue Run of Dunnellon Park and 0.4 miles from Chaplin A. Dinkins III Memorial Park, as well as being walking distance to Swampy's Bar and Grille. This is the perfect location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or tubing the Rainbow River. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and pets are welcome.

Had an absolute great stay. The host even let us push our stay back a day due to weather conditions on the way down. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. The house was impressively stocked with items you dont normally find. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! Everything was new, ceiling to floor! We stayed for a week so we did a lot of cooking in the very well stocked kitchen. Our 1 and 2 year olds LOVED the fenced in yard! We really appreciated the fire pit, yard games in the shed and kayaks that were there for our use! The area is SO quiet and we felt right at home. Plenty to do within a 30 minute radius, and we really loved that Walmart was right down the street for our last minute grocery runs! There were so many cooking appliances, including: toaster oven, blender, crock pot and electric hand mixer. Plates, cups, bowls, mugs, silverware is stocked as well. My mom especially loved the coffee station! This place is clean and so inviting. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms. The host was amazing. We can’t wait to come down from NY and stay here again!

Family Weekend Tubing

House was awesome..Exactly what we needed to have a low key family weekend. Property Manger was very helpful and so nice. House is in a great location super close to Swampy’s and KP Hole. Would definitely stay here again. Such a wonderful experience!

Delight in Dunnellon

Perfect place for enjoying Rainbow Springs. The home is lovely and the fenced yard with firepit was the perfect play yard for the pups & kids. The kayaking supplies and bikes were wonderful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Host provided so many extras- coffee, trash bags, etc. spacious king beds

Everything you need

My wife and I stayed for a month in this VRBO that meet all our wishes and more. The home was exactly as described, extremely clean, well stocked and in a great location close to the Rainbow River. We used the bikes every day and the 4 kayaks were easy to take to the river a few minutes away.We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a quite, safe location in the Dunnellon area close to the river.

Loved the house!

The house suited us absolutely perfectly. It was very well appointed, we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was ultra quiet and so calming. The house was three minutes away from our family reunion rental, which was so very convenient. There wasn’t much lacking in the house, but there were a couple of things that could be looked into. One of those things was the tub in the guest bathroom, it was backing up and draining very very slowly. Probably hair in the drain, that’s what happens at my house. That was the only problem, but a suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere. That was it. The rest was just perfect. You did a great job on the renovation to your house. We would definitely want to stay there again. sometime.

Visited family in the area. House was clean and as described online. Hurricane Milton came through during our stay and we were nervous about what to do, but the site manager dropped by a couple times before it hit and explained to us what to expect, which helped. Overall great experience and would recommend this property.

Great location to springs!

The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, cozy, well stocked and located right where we wanted to be.. Blue Run, Swampys, Rainbow river, and tubing are in the area, crystal river about 25 mins away. Kayaks and bikes provided too! Would rent again for future springs trip!
