Situated on the edge of Swan Lake and just 2.5 hours from Sydney, this holiday home is set in a tranquil location with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding National Park. Spoilt for choices of beaches it is a 2 minute drive to Cudmirrah, Kirby's or Berrara beaches which offers great fishing, snorkelling and surfing.

For the wilderness lovers we are located 50 metres from the entry to the Conjola National Park with vehicle access to the secluded beach at Monument. For the adventurous, take a drive through the park to beautiful Bendalong beaches of Washerwomans and Dee Beach. Or take the kids to Fishermans Rock to throw a line in for some peaceful fishing or the simple fun of jumping off the rock face into Berrara creek.

Swan Lake is a great destination which offers waterskiing, swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Awake each day to the beautiful wildlife and the evening call of the majestic black swans.

It is a short 100 metre walk to the local cafe/shop to pick up the morning paper and it also serves great coffee, milk shakes and lite meals. Across the road from the shop is a sandy lake beach for the kids to enjoy a late afternoon swim.



A Lazy Breeze

The house has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The main bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom a queen and 2 singles with both bedrooms having ceiling fans. Single bathroom and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine. Sheets and towels are not provided.

The lounge room is situated at the front of the house which overlooks the lake. The property has a woodfire to keep you cosier in the cooler months.

The front patio is where you will spend most of your time admiring the amazing view over the lake, alfresco dining and entertaining friends for afternoon drinks. Located at the back of the property is a wood BBQ.

This house is both ideal for the family holiday with loads for the kids to do on a 1,000 sq metre block with swing set and trampoline or great for the romantic getaway.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at ‘A Lazy Breeze’. Lisa was a great host, easy and available to communicate with. The house was perfect for us, with everything we needed for a summer getaway. The place was clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were lots of games and DVDs for the evenings. We explored the local lake and the beaches. Our children loved the garden with a big Trampoline and tyre swing, while we relaxed on the porch. And we had some special visits from Kangaroos and Kookaburras. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing

Beautiful location. I enjoyed my morning coffee every day overlooking swan lake saw heaps of kangaroos in the backyard. Possums came right on the porch they loved the grapes.lisa was amazing very helpful and keep in mind theres no reception there but personally i loved that kept the kids of their phones instead we went to a few beachs n a cruise n played board games had a bbq . The community there is beautiful everyone we saw greeted us with a wave or hello

Lovely home and wonderful hosts

What a lovely home and perfect for our little family. Kids had ample opportunity to run barefoot in the back garden, play on the tire swing or huge trampoline. Especially after we spent the day going to the beach or for a nature walk and all us parents wanted to do was enjoy a drink by the firewood bbq. We spent breakfast on the porch and embraced the sunsets of the lake when the days ended. Our hosts thought of everything and we did not want for comfort. Highly recommended.

A Lazy Breeze

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Breeze in Cudmirrah. The house was perfect for our family group (parents and teenage/early 20s kids), very well equipped and excellent communication from our host Lisa. We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing on the front deck. Great to have a coffee shop/café/pizzeria so close as well as easy walk to beautiful beaches and around the lake. It was a beautifully quiet location, and we enjoyed the peaceful bushland surrounds and interactions with the local wildlife!

A prefect Christmas at A Lazy Breeze

Me and my partner stayed at A lazy breeze over Christmas and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. House was prefect, clean and in a great location. We spent our mornings walking the national park, the afternoons on the beautiful lake across the road and our evenings enjoying the garden and veranda with visits from the local wildlife. Amazing

Absolutely perfect to get away from the mad rush and just kick back, watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the company of all the wildlife and stunning view of The lake. Communication was second to none, and the warm welcoming we had made us all feel at home instantly. Relaxing weekender

This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. An unpretentious holiday home directly in front of the lake, fifty metres from the National Park, and a short drive from spectacular beaches. Cudmirrah has not been spoilt by development and even on the weekend when the caravan parks were busy it didn’t feel over run. We loved the kangaroos lounging on the grass, the friendly possum and the array of bird life- we even saw a family of swans on the lake. I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing! Exactly what we were looking for.

This property is ideal for a relaxing escape. The location is brilliant. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the breeze from the verandah. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely come back to this gorgeous home!

We felt the lazy breeze. Amazing place!

It's a beautiful house in an amazing location close to the lake and the forest. A lot of kangaroos visited us during our stay. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped - you won't miss home. It was great to talk to you Lisa, you answered all our questions before we arrived which was really helpful. Excellent property in perfect spot

The location of this property is perfect, across the road is a beautiful bay, the wildlife visit regularly, yard is large and perfect for kids, cafe close by and everything you could need is only a stones throw away. The home is Very clean, modern appliances with fans. The beds are comfortable, the lounge is perfect for lazing about, the fire pit and outdoor area is great. Excellent communication. Lovely spot for a family stay

He had a great stay. Lisa was great with her communication and helped us answering questions prior to our arrival, while we were there and afterwards. Gorgeous views

Lovely, well appointed home on the edge of the lake. Such gorgeous views to wake up to. The kids enjoyed the regular visits from wallabies and all sorts of wildlife.
