This first floor apartment consists of a comfortable king size bedroom and a common area that features: a futon sofa, dining area and stocked kitchenette, both areas features A/C. We will provide beach chairs, cooler and towels.... just what you need explore Culebra's turquoise waters. 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms apartment.

Kitchen will be stocked with salt, pepper, oil as well as with the main utensils, dishes, etc to prepare meals. We hope you try our Puerto Rican coffee - also provided.

This apartment can be accessed from the handicap parking without any steps. One of the full bathrooms is designed without barriers, making this property suitable for persons with mobility challenges.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
This apartment complex was severely damaged by Hurricane Maria. *See pictures in listing*. Now, 8 years later, some common areas have not been restored or demolished because of insurance/legal reasons. The process has been long, but this still doesn't keep us from enjoying Culebra and this property.

Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler. No umbrella, snorkeling, or beach pad.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

Culebra spot with amazing view

It was a great place to stay cold ac a few friendly stray kitties rent a car with 4 wheel drive. Definitely top 5 best experiences of our life

Amazing view

The location is wonderful! The view is spectacular! The nearby property is abandoned and has multiple cats that would roam in the balcony at night looking for food and the smell is really strong.

Quiet area outside of town with beautiful view of the water

I loved that this location was outside of town and the view from the top of the hill was beautiful and very quiet. Apartment had a very comfy bed, two baths and was perfect for us. Well well-accommodated with bedding, kitchen needs like coffee machine and the chairs and cooler were super helpful.

The room was great, the kitchen well equipped with the exception of no coffee pot for the coffee maker which was remedied with a stove top coffee maker. The view is fantatstic and we were often the only people at the Condo. there is currently only one beach chair buit we had friends who had extras. the bed is compfortable and the unit is a perfect size for a couple.

Nice view!

Nestled in the hillside, very tranquil and peaceful and secluded. We even saw a deer one morning while having coffee lots of wildlife like chicken and kitties. I really like that there was two bathrooms. Great plates to crash after spending the day on the island.

Challenging

Building surroundings were not conditioned; Pet excrement on walk ways. Location next to a damaged abandoned building that seemed very unsafe. Road damage made it even more challenging due to the fact that building is in an uphill. Also, main bathroom had cleaning supplies hung high on the wall too close where light switch was; They should be stored hidden from customer to a avoid unsanitary contact. See photos.
