O quarto é bom, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar: em um dos quartos o sanitário tinha manchas dentro, em outro o vão para sabonete/shampoo tinha manchas de mofo. A equipe, em su maioria, foi muito educada e atenciosa. No geral, experiência agradável.

Quarto no tamanho bom e com itens de qualidade. O café da manhã que pode ser melhor, com mais varidade e quantidade. Se chegar próximo das 10h não tem muita opção ou quantidade, apesar dos atendentes perguntarem se goastaríamos de mais alguma coisa.

Não posso dizer que foi uma hospedagem ruim, mas no propósito de nossa viagem de passar por várias cidades e hotéis, certamente o Roochelle não estará dentre os favoritos: - Atendentes do balcão não são muito simpáticos, em vários turnos. No checkin, de manhã no café da manhã, a noite ao sair pra jantar, no checkout; - Foi o único hotel que estivemos (total de 6) que não tinha nenhum folder de mapa da cidade, recomendação de restaurantes, atrações para visitar; - No apto, o chuveiro era bem ruim. Os jatos de água eram completamente tortos. Embaixo do chuveiro mal caíam jatos de água. - Garagem muito muito apertada. Além do preço abusivo de R$30,00 por diária. Entendo que pelo valor da hospedagem, deveria ter a garagem incluída, ou a um preço justo. Entendo que o hotel tem grande potencial, mas os pontos acima impactaram na nossa percepção. Atenciosamente,

Excelente hotel; gostei muito do quarto. O café da manhã também me agradou, com exceção de um episódio específico. Meu irmão não teve tempo de tomar o café da manhã, pois estava atrasado para o trabalho. Ele pegou apenas um iogurte para consumir enquanto saía, porém o atendente responsável pelo controle de acesso ao café não permitiu que ele o levasse, mesmo considerando que o café já estava incluído na diária. Considero essa atitude extremamente mesquinha e desnecessária. Não há diferença relevante entre consumir o iogurte à mesa ou levá-lo consigo, especialmente porque se tratava de um único item, e não de uma quantidade excessiva, como se estivesse “fazendo compras”. Achei a postura do funcionário lamentável. Fora esse episódio, a hospedagem transcorreu muito bem.
