Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Stay away if you want to feel you are in Curitiba

This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

Great value and location for downtown hotel

Excellent balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of downtown. Extensive but simple breakfast buffet. Overall a good value for the money.

Boa localização & ótima equipe

O hotel conta com uma localização espetacular. Durante a semana que fiquei hospedado, pude andar bastante pelas ruas de Curitiba e conhecer vários locais legais. A estrutura do hotel, em si, é antiga; os quartos, um pouco velhos, mas a equipe, sobretudo os recepcionistas Neide e Mateus, fazem com que a estada seja ainda mais agradável. Só tenho a agradecer pela atenção e cuidado que toda a equipe teve comigo. No mais, recomendo aos que estão em dúvidas no que tange ao local onde ficar na Terra do Pinhão, ainda mais se for uma viagem solo, como foi a minha.

Não é confortável mas o ovo do café é bom

Não gostei. Reservei um quarto solteiro/casal e me colocaram num quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Tentei juntar 2, mas não funcionava assim. Acordei com as camas separadas e os travesseiros caídos entre elas... além disso, não eram confortáveis. O banheiro não tinha local para colocar shampoo e sabonete... tinha que botar no chão ou no suporte do box. O engraçado é que tinham parafusos na parede pra isso, mas foi retirado/quebrado e ninguém fez manutenção. Além disso, a descarga ficava sempre presa e eu tinha que tirar o botão e puxar o pino pra fora. Enfim, sem manutenção. Mas o ovo mexido do café da manhã tava bom demais

Como os funcionários ficou vinculado a serviço preferi escrever. Nota 10 para o atendimento dos funcionários: cortesia, simpatia, presteza. Serviço: chamo os itens e equipamentos. Recebi nos dias de limpeza toalhas de banho rasgadas e misturada com piso de banheiro. Por mais que seja higienizado não faz jus ficar em cima da cama. Televisão não funcionava O fato de ter frigobar e não ter água no quarto ter que toda vez descer a recepção para comprar água Outra coisa que achei ruim foi nem poder ter acesso a pratos, xícara e talheres para uso na cozinha do salão comum. Travesseiro.. precisei pedir outros de tão fino.

Ótimo Hotel no Centro

Hotel bom. Eu queria um no Centro e esse é no calçadão principal do Centro, localização perfeita. Fica em cima do McDonald's, pra quem gosta de fastfood, tá ótimo rs. O hotel começa no andar em cima do fastfood, então você tem que subir as escadas na lateral pra chegar ao saguão principal, vi gente reclamando de subir as escadas, eu não achei problema, mas pra quem tiver muita mala pesada deve ser meio chato, mas se considerar que vai passar com as malas apenas 2 vezes (chegada e partida) acho que não tem problema. No saguão já tem o elevador normal pra subir para os quartos. No hotel usa cartão de acesso no quarto. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma cama boa, tinha frigobar, ar condicionado, Tv, um bom armário, lençol e cobertor. O banheiro era limpo e bonitinho. O chuveiro era bom. Como era um quarto no fundo do prédio, a janela não tinha vista. Os móveis do quarto tem uma aparência antiga, mas nada que afete a estadia, o ambiente era limpo. O café da manhã era agradável, não era super variado, mas atendeu o que eu precisava. Tem serviço de quarto. Tem café no saguão. Pontos negativos: tem ferro de passar e micro-ondas numa área do saguão, então se você precisar tem que usar ali (eu não precisei). No geral é um bom hotel, não é luxuoso (caso você espere isso), mas ele me atendeu super bem. Voltaria nele com certeza. Ele tem uma varanda no saguão com a vista do calçadão XV de Novembro.
