3 room apartment - close to the beach with beach chair

Apartment 104 is on the 1st Floor of the beach mermaid, 300m from the 3.5km long sandy beach in Cuxhaven-Döse. The apartment is also suitable for older or handicapped people, since it can be reached by elevator without barriers.

The apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony with table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and much more). After an eventful day, you can fulfill all your culinary desires here.
The west-facing, comfortably furnished living room also offers the right setting for a romantic holiday. It has a modern facility with a round sofa, flat screen TV, video, stereo and a dining area with 4 swivel chairs. Sufficient cupboards are of course available.

The large bedroom has a large double bed, which enables a healthy sleep. The smaller bedroom has 2 large single beds, otherwise like the large bedroom with a small flat-screen TV. There are enough closets here too.

The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a glass partition as a bathtub so that there can be no flooding.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer with a coin operated machine.
We provide you with a fixed parking space free of charge for your stay.
From 1st May to late season 30. A free beach chair is available in September.

Our prices are complete prices and must be paid in euros. Tourist tax in low season (01. 11. to 13. 04. and 28. 04. to 30. 04.) from 1.80 € person / night, all other times we pay 2.80 € / night to us have to pay the spa administration.

We can offer you a laundry package up to max. 4 people, for a fee of 15.00 € / person.

Viel versprochen

Auf allen Bildern wird die schöne KĂŒche gezeigt. Eine Wohnung besteht aber nicht nur aus einer KĂŒche. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. Diese Wohnung ist nichts fĂŒr Ă€ltere Generationen. Die Wohnung wurde als Rollstuhlgerecht deklariert, weit davon entfernt!!!! Man kommt nicht mit dem Rollstuhl ins Bad (hatte man uns aber vorher gesagt) und man kann den Balkon nicht benutzen. Hohe Kante!!!

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Ich war mit meinen Kindern (9 & 12) dort und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist einfach super. Sehr schöne und großzĂŒgige Einrichtung, super sauber, sehr schöner und großer Balkon. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wĂŒnschen kann. Einen Aufzug gibt es auch. Zum Strand sind es knapp 5 Minuten, nĂ€her geht es nicht. Ein BĂ€cker ist fast gegenĂŒber. Auch die kleine "Fressmeile" und den kleinen Zoopark erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört, stand wĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Abschnitt. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war auch sehr freundlich. Diese Wohnung ist zu 100% empfehlenswert !!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, genau wie der Check in. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr einen Selbstverpfegungs Urlaub braucht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und der zugehörige Strandkorb lĂ€d zum verweilen ein. Direkt gegebĂŒber der Wohnung ist ein Spielplatz, der unserem Kleinen trotz des schlechten Wetters viel geboten hat.

Sind in der Zeit vom 3.6.2023 bis zum 10.6.2023 in Döse Cuxhaven in Urlaub, Wir sind mit der Wohnung und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden, zum Strand ca fĂŒnf Minuten , die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet,separaten Parkplatz und eigener Strand Korb, in der NĂ€he ist eine BĂ€ckerei, Pizzeria, ca .fĂŒnf Minuten zum ALDI, man kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Schön große Wohnung, gemĂŒtlich und harmonisch gestaltet. KĂŒche lĂ€sst nichts vermissen. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. In den hinteren RĂ€umen etwas hellhörig. Der riesige Balkon liegt nachmittags in der Sonne. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte eine BelĂŒftung vertragen. Lage direkt am Strand, und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist man in 30 Minuten in Duhnen. In die andere Richtung lĂ€uft man zum Kurpark mit dem kl. Zoo. Brötchenshop direkt nebenan. Ansonsten liegt der nĂ€chste Supermarkt 12 Gehminuten entfernt. Check-In wegen falsch angegebner Telefonnummer etwas verspĂ€tet.
