📍Address: A LA CARTE DA NANG, 200 Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra, Da Nang.

📍Check-in time: 2 PM-10PM.
Check-out time: Before 11 AM.

- Please DO NOT check in at the reception of the hotel.
- The room manager will meet you at the 1st floor lobby of the building and do check-in procedures for you.
- Upon check-in, you will be provided with the lift/room smart key-card which allow you to have a 24/7 access to the apartment. Please keep your card carefully. Otherwise you will be charged 600.000VND per lost card.
- There is a 24/7 camera system in the public areas(parking, lobby, lift, rooftop terrace, etc) for security purpose only.
- Due to Vietnam Regulations, all guests must be registered to the TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION system, so please send us photos of your Passports and Visa/ entrance stamps during check-in. Your information is CONFIDENTIAL and will not be shared.

📍ROOM CLEANING:
As the homestay, we don't apply the room cleaning every day as a hotel. If you want to room cleaning, change the bed-sheets and towels, please text us 1 day in advance. The fees will be applied.


📍TOWELS:
- We supply 02 towels/per guest. If possible please wash them and hang them to dry after use.
- Please do not use towels for cleaning make-up, or wipe the dirt or water on the floor. Any damaged or stained towel will be charged VND150,000/towel.

📍PUBLIC AREAS:
- FREE access to Ocean view infinity pool(24th floor) and gym(23rd floor). Other than that, you can get access to all amenities in the hotel with additional fees.

📍PARKING: Free motorbikes & bicycles parking at basement of the building. Paid car parking at opposite side of Vo Nguyen Giap street(50m from the A LA CARTE hotel terrace).

📍24/7 mini-mart/grocery store: next to A La Carte hotel.

📍TRASH AWAY:
Big trashcan outside of the room, at the end of corridor, behind the glass door.

📍LATE CHECK-OUT:
• Please remind that our checkout time is 11 am.
• Late check-out from 1 to 2 hours is charged for 30% of the nightly rate.
• Late check out from 3 to 6 hours is charged for 50% of the nightly rate.
• Late check out over 6 hours is charged for 100% of the nightly rate.
• Late checkout is NOT AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME, please ask us in advance.
