The room was not clean. The lockbox in the room was broken and the a/c did not work well. The location was great and the staff were helpful. The pool was nice as well. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I return to Da Nang.

Better customer service at front desk. The employees were always on their phones when I was going to ask a question. Out of the 3 nights I stayed; I only had hot water once. I don’t get room service everyday. I only got it once. It would have been nice to get fresh towels at least each day. Also, pictures posted on the hotel elevator state they have a gym. They don’t have a gym.

Great value for the price range of this hotel! Rooms are clean and functional. The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location with everything you need within walking distance, including the beach!
