Room was clean and spacious, but the lack of power points was very inconvenient. I had to unplug the table lamps to charge my phone. Breakfast was average, food was not hot enough and was expecting more variety (not just korean). Lifts were very slow and the rooftop bar was disappointing- as cannot see much view. Staff was friendly and helpful and location is still great

Meliá Riverfront Đà Nẵng I stayed here for 15 nights and overall had an alright experience. The room was very spacious, which made a long stay much more enjoyable. The service was generally okay, staff were polite and helpful but there seemed to be a lack of consistent management oversight, which sometimes showed in attention to detail and follow-through. The riverfront location is peaceful and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a decent option if you value space and a quiet location, with some room for improvement in management and service consistency.

Location was very good and view from room was FANTASTIC! It was panoramic river view. I left water bottle in my room and I contacted hotel, they found it and send it to me. It was so nice of them! I highly recommend choosing this hotel!
