The glamorous of the whole building, its flawless management operation and its positioning on the riverside is spectacular, there bedroom suites are beautiful and very comfortable! A special mention and acknowledgment to a very young gentleman ( hotel manager) JORGE ! His enthusiasm in his everyday managerial operations is outstanding and to the highest professional standards!

Check in girl little miss understanding When we ask can we upgrade our room , We planing this trips few months ago for our 40 th anniversary We book 2 room at HUE , but Typhoons and floods there Lucky we confirm a day before arriving by email Few hours later , hotel from hue reply Hotel vinpearl in central is closed down Very disappointed about the service and without notice guests hotel shut down We need to book again to da nang for 2 nights stay and paid extra fir airport transportation from hue to Melia vinpearl River front hotel I hopefully they can Take action For this case

My stay at Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront was overall quite pleasant. The hotel is beautifully located by the river with stunning views, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, and the service met all expectations for a 5-star experience. However, one issue I encountered was with the room temperature. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not adjustable, and the room felt a bit too warm for my comfort. This was a bit disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Other than that, everything was just fine.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Elevators are very slow. Breakfast is not as good as expected. Compared to 2 years ago, breakfast variety and quality are definitely lower and staff less friendly. Staff at breakfast seem like they are not happy to be at work. We came here 2 years ago and were impressed then but not this time.
