Maybe one to avoid...

Some good things/not so good things about this hotel.Good things: Location is good, very close to the old city, cafes, restaurants etc. The room was clean and tidy. Reasonably modern. Air con worked well. Price per night was reasonable. Not so good things: with a little TLC, this hotel could be a lot better. For my 3 night stay in May 2019, the daily bottled water was almost non existent. I received one even after asking several times.Bought my own. There is a spa on the second floor balcony area, this was out of action and had been for some time. No toilet paper or toiletries in the room, I bought my own paper after the water thing seemed mute. There is no curtain or screen in the shower to stop prying eyes, didn't bother me, but from the waist up, females may feel a bit on display. Had to unplug the tv to use the fridge, lack of power points. The young couple running it offered to do my laundry after asking for a nearby laundry. I said okay. Three t shirts came back to me ruined, with large bleach marks, they denied any fault, saying the the shirts were like it when they washed them. They were nearly new shirts. I wasn't happy. Security is pretty lax, reception not manned very often, anyone could enter and leave undetected if they wanted. I rarely give bad reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. Please give serious consideration before booking this place. You are spoilt for choice in Hoi An. I booked this one at short notice, and it had no reviews. Beware.

A little disappointed. No interaction from the owners. There was no bottled water or breakfast as indicated on booking site. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Sorry would not recommend.

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL !

This Villa is new and modern. However they seem to take guests just too finance the house. My room was hardly cleaned when I moved in and the bathroom lacked all the stuff they told on their booking site. No bottled water in the room. Breakfast was included in the price and should be available 07.30 to 9.30. When I came down 7.30 they were still sleeping on the floor and no breakfast prepared. I had to leave 8.00 without breakfast. There are so many nice homestays and small hotel in Hoi An where they care about their guests so there is no reason to stay at this place where they just want your money. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL/HOMESTAY !

Vi følte, at vi boede i et privat hjem. Konen lå i receptionen på en madras hele dagen lang med en baby ved sin side. Receptionen var fyldt med børneting og der var meget rod.
