Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didnโ€™t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer โ˜Ž๏ธ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldnโ€™t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻โ€โ™‚๏ธ Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Hotels.com said they would follow up by email within 72 hours, which they didnโ€™t. Room fairly spacious but bed quite uncomfortable. Bidet in bathroom ๐Ÿšฝ but towels directly above toilet ๐Ÿšฝ Bit of a pet peeve as one doesnโ€™t know which was cleaned first. No one at front desk when checking in or when we came down for breakfast. Guess we know why no one answers the phone โ˜Ž๏ธ Breakfast in the adjacent building so you may have to go outside. Fairly good. No staff so you help yourself. Even with the booking issue, I was attempting to keep my business ๐Ÿ’ฐ with Hound hotels ๐Ÿจ Stayed in a Hound hotel in Busan with a much better experience. Standard of service was so poor here that not only would I not return, Iโ€™d be unlikely to choose other Hound hotels ๐Ÿจ
