Sehr schöne Neubau Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Leider hatte ich auf Grund meiner Nachbaren keine entspannten Urlaub. Direkt neben mir Eltern mit zwei kleinen Kindern die täglich ab 7 Uhr geweint haben. Unter mir Gäste die ab 6 Uhr 30 ständig im Bad laute Geräusche gemacht haben. Das heißt trotz Neubau sehr Hellhörig. Liebe Grüße aus Kassel Familie Fischer

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Toll, das die Urlauber ein Tier mitbringen können, die Wohnung fast Barrier frei ist (Fahrstuhl, Dusche, Türrahmen), Waschmaschine und Trockner inbegriffen sind und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war. Bei der Sauberkeit empfehle ich im Bad den Boden der Dusche richtig zu schrubben, da echte Rutschgefahr! Betten sind Prima. Auch mit den verschiedenen Härtegeraden. Einziges Manko für uns, war der Balkon. So schön geräumig wie er ist, mit stetigem Ostwind und ab 11:00 Uhr keine Sonne mehr, war er leider für uns nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Für alle Menschen/ Familien ohne körperliche Einschränkungen/Mobilität ein gutes Quartier den Energieakku wieder aufzuladen. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter_innen im Büro.

Neue, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet mit großem Balkon und genug Platz für 4 Personen. ES fehlt in dieser Wohnung an nichts. Obwohl über uns in der Wohnung auch eine Familie mit Kindern war, hat man geräuschtechnisch nichts davon mitbekommen. Also totale Ruhe und Entspannung angesagt. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Die Sauna in der Wohnung ist ein Highlight für uns gewesen,und hat zur besseren Entspannung beigetragen.Das Meer ist nur knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.Leider war vor der Tür eine Baustelle,wofür die Vermieter jetzt aber auch nicht wirklich was können.Bis zum nächsten mal

Sehr schöne und gut geschnittene Neubauwohnung, fußläufig zum Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren größere Kaffeebecher. Die vorhandenen Tassen sind winzig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Objekt ist super auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.Abzüge nur für die derzeitige Situation (Bauarbeiten auf dem Gelände,es wurde darauf hingewiesen,sowie die Boxspringbetten halten nicht was der Name verspricht,zu weich!)
