55 m² of living space on the first floor for up to 4 people, with a southwest-facing terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac:

A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
A washing machine and dryer for shared use (for a fee) are located in the basement of the house.

This is where the best time of the year on the Baltic Sea begins!
