This spacious 5-bedroom home offers the perfect getaway for families and groups, featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, mahjong, and friendly farm animals.

Located just 15–20 minutes from Albany, guests can easily access shopping centres, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and entertainment. Auckland CBD is approximately 35–40 minutes away, and Auckland Airport around 45–50 minutes by car — offering the perfect balance between rural tranquillity and city convenience.

Guests have access to the entire house, except for the garage, one locked owner’s storage room, and a few locked staff-only cupboards.

Important Notes (Please Read Before Booking)

• No Parties or Gatherings: Quiet hours (8:00 pm–7:00 am) are strictly enforced. No unauthorized visitors are permitted. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

• Events: This property is for accommodation only. If you wish to use it as an event venue, please contact us before booking. Event bookings may be available at a different rate. Any unauthorized event or gathering may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

• Indoor Pool: Available during the summer months (November to March). The pool is not heated and remains at room temperature.

• Optional Extras: The spa pool, pool heating, and outdoor giant bubble dome are not included in your booking. They are available year-round for an additional charge. A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required. Please contact us for pricing, availability, and booking.

• Farm Animals: Friendly farm animals live on the property. For their safety and yours, please do not feed the animals or enter designated animal areas, such as the chicken coop.

• Mobile & Internet: Mobile phone reception may be limited in this area. We do have a Starlink internet connection, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

• Rural Property: This home is located on a 6-hectare lifestyle property. As with any rural setting, you may occasionally encounter insects, birds, spiders, or other wildlife. This is a normal part of the countryside experience.

• Respect for Neighbours: Please keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level at all times, as neighbouring properties are privately occupied. Please remain within the property boundaries and do not climb over fences or enter neighbouring properties. Please do not disturb livestock or neighbouring properties, even for photos or walks.

• Children: The property is not childproof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please do not touch the artworks, as some pieces are heavy.

• Shoes: Please remove your shoes before walking on the carpet.

• Sofa Bed: Use of the sofa bed for groups of 10 guests or fewer is available for an additional NZ$50 per night each. Please request this at least 1 day before arrival and arrange payment in advance.

• Cleaning: Please leave the house reasonably clean and tidy before check-out.
