The property is very good. The restaurants the casino we’re all good. I paid I paid for my room to be changed from a king bed to two queens that didn’t happen and they didn’t get their perks.

When we checked in the power was off and they didn't know why, no lights in the room and the refrigerator didn't work so we couldn't keep anything cold, the power came back on after a while. The bed was not made up everyday even though we had the sign out to make up the room, really weird they provided towels the Tuesday and Wednesday and on Thursday they didn't provide towels. The floor in the room was always sticky like it was not washed with clean water and soap. The restaurant staff in the dining room for breakfast were really great and the food was really well prepared. The sports bar was a bit of the push they would bring the food and not come back to ask how everything was and they brought the bill right after they brought the food. The reception staff didn't acknowledge you when you came in, basically they ignored you unless you were at the counter. We were not aware that they were building the Spa area and it was a bit noisy in the mornings. We were on the 6th floor and families checked in on the same floor children were running up and down the halls and yelling at 11 o'clock in the night. Overall the place needs to have the staff trained a bit better and be more professional.
