The whole hotel has hard wood floors so if there are people above you stomping around you hear everything! Also, they do offer breakfast but it’s the same thing, every day. The house keeping staff started so early in the morning and had no regard of quietness slamming doors using the security bolt to stop the door. The over cleanliness is excellent and the front desk staff is exceptional.

Check in staff was great. The room door was so heavy and loud.We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Our room was on the 1st floor and someone kept on running and making noises all night until around 3am when we left, it was also windy and you could hear it inside the rooms super loud as well..

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The price was incredible and everything was new and clean. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. This hotel doesn't have the suite feel with a living room but we didn't need that. It smelled incredible everywhere. There is a 24 hour coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes the coffee and I swear it was the best hotel coffee that I have EVER had. There was also a water dispenser available 24/7 with still or sparkling water. Loved that! I stayed here with my daughter and we never felt unsafe at all. I will absolutely stay here again if we need to go back to Plano!
