Book at your own risk

I didn't get to stay at this property bc it was double booked according to whoever I spoke with on the phone as I was trying to call for check in information (after leaving previous voicemail, DMs and chatting with vrbo) . I cant speak to cleanliness bc I was only on the outside of tge property it's completely ridiculous for a property owner to not monitor this better. I flew to Dallas, I had to scramble to find a place for myself and friends. Luckily it was onlyv3pm and not 10pm. Luckily there were hotels available. I

Has potential, but not there yet.

Overall, we had a nice visit in this rental. Pros:Fantastic location and cute decor. Areas of opportunity:Information about how to get in not forthcoming and incorrect. No driveway, access to parking lot is in a narrow alley which can be tricky for larger vehicle vehicles. The listing indicates parking on the street however permits are required. The listing also shows seating in the front however that was missing. There’s no real living room space and the couch in the media room is horrible. Some of the beds did not have actual bottom sheets on the mattresses. The hairdryer was missing, no wine opener, no paper towels or dish soap.Several of the windows have very sheer window coverings and don’t even cover the actual window. This unit shares the building with an another unit so this is a privacy issue as those windows look directly out to the other unit and the parking lot. I know that it’s not possible to make sure there never a bug in the unit however, upon arrival, a giant roach came out from under the bed which is unnerving. Could use a shower curtain in downstairs bathroom. Reached out to management and they promised to bring some missing items but never did. Once they get the kinks out this could be a great rental.

Pretty Boho Stay

The place looked just as it was advertised, full of pretty Boho furnishings and plants. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Would stay again!
