This place was perfect for our quick, one night staycation. We checked in, walked to a great restaurant for dinner, walked to the American Airlines center for a concert, then back to the apartment. The location could not have been more convenient! The apartment was clean and comfortable with a great view! Very pleased!

The host/hostess bent over backwards to ensure that out stay was perfect, and it was! Quick to respond to all of our questions. Policies and procedures were crystal clear and they gave excellent advice on local restaurants. Property is literally across the street from the American Airlines Center. The views from this unit were mesmerizing. The shower had the best water pressure and shower head, felt like a massage. The bedding felt like a welcoming hug blanketed in luxury. There were board games also. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

We had such a nice stay at Jullian's place! Steps away from the American Airlines arena and surrounding bars and eateries, the Dallas Stars were playing that night so we saw lots of fan revelry while we walked about. We spent most of our New Years Eve on the balcony gazing at the Dallas skyline and watching city life unfold at the CVS below bundled in the comforters we brought from home, one of the perks of driving rather than flying. At midnight we joined a small crowd on the 20th floor terrace to ring in the new year watching fireworks around the city. We were probably the oldest people up there but everyone was welcoming. :) The bed and sofa were very comfortable! Noticeably clean! Every door requires a key fob to open so you know the building is extremely secure. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
