Terrible, terrible, terrible. They must buy their good reviews because there is no way anyone would willingly give them more than a 2/5. They are so dirty and outdated. Their walls are SUPER thin. They definitely do not invest in pest control. Their AC didn’t work. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Not even a shower could make me feel clean there.

Staff were great, but the room was old and dirty. There was mold all over the air conditioning panel, room smelled bad, bottom of bathroom was dirty. Staff was very accommodating and refunded our stay so we moved to a different hotel.

We first got your room and opened the door, we seen 2 roaches crawling around… also a smashed roach was on the wall… toothpaste was smeared on the wall next to the sink and the bathroom door didn’t even lock… told the guy at the service deck and showed him a video of the cockroach crawling on the toilet… said he’d send someone to clean the room, to which that didn’t happen

We were refused entry because we had a service animal. When I pressed the issue, after arguing for more than 20 minutes, I finally got “shiv” to call his manager. He then tried to have us fill out paperwork requiring the disability, registration number, and training information, that breaks federal ADA laws. When I explained they were breaking laws, they didn’t care.
