Customer service was horrible. We called to ask for more towels the first said we had to go down and get them ourselves when we went down to lobby they told us someone will take them to us. After hours we didn’t received any, called lobby and they told we had to go down and get them ourselves again, we eventually got extra towels. When we went out for the night and got back our hotel room door was cracked open and another set of new towels. Thank God no one got in our room.

When I first got to the hotel, the room they gave me, room 203, was filthy. So they gave me another room, room 207, which had been cleaned, although it smelled bad. Anyway after starting to unpack in the room I noticed the room was infested with cockroaches! I have several pictures of cockroaches in the room!

The place had an odd smell and there were a number roaches. We were too tired to make a complaint as our child was sleeping but we are really unhappy about the experience and would like a refund.

The stay was fairly cheap. The breakfast was okay but they kept running out of food. If you need new towels they will not bring it to your room. You have to bring the used towels to the desk in order to get more. Big inconvenience if you are traveling with small children. Front desk clerk doesn’t not care and will not send towels.
